Description
Spanish translation. An introduction to the practice and techniques of translation between Spanish and English. Students work with various written materials covering many fields.
Enrollment Requirements
You must have completed SPAN 302 or SPAN 305 with a grade of C or better before taking this class.
Notes
This class will be conducted entirely online. Students should plan to meet virtually from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Tuesdays. These meetings will be recorded in case someone cannot participate on a given day. The rest of the course will be conducted asynchronously. This course requires reliable internet access and computer literacy; and the ability to self-manage independent learning assignments according to deadlines. In place of classroom activities, online work may include independent mastery assignments, discussion boards, videos with quizzes, writing assignments, and other active learning experiences. Students are responsible for completing these online learning experiences by the specified deadlines and in accordance with instructor requirements.
