Description
Fundamentals of financial management, including financial and working-capital analysis and forecasting, asset pricing theory, capital budgeting, capital structure and cost of capital, dividend policy and special topics in financial management.

Must have completed ECON 101 and 121 and (ECON 310 or STAT 121 or STAT 350 or STAT 351 or STAT 355 or STAT 453 or CMPE 320) each with a grade of "C" or better

Students must have completed Econ 101, Econ 121, and Stat 122, 350 or 351 to enroll in Econ 374. This is a synchronous online course. Students are expected to attend class online during the days/times listed in the meeting pattern. It requires reliable internet access and computer literacy; and the ability to self-manage independent learning assignments according to deadlines. In place of classroom activities, online work may include independent mastery assignments, discussion boards, videos with quizzes, writing assignments, and other active learning experiences. Students are responsible for completing these online learning experiences by the specified deadlines and in accordance with instructor requirements.
